Application for Policy Research Funding Scheme (PPRFS) and
Strategic Public Policy Research Funding Scheme (SPPRFS)

Applications from eligible staff members are now invited under the Public Policy Research Funding Scheme (PPRFS) and the Strategic Public Policy Research Funding Scheme (SPPRFS) managed by the Chief Executive’s Policy Unit (CEPU). These schemes are dedicated to supporting evidence-based public policy research, knowledge transfer of research findings, as well as nurturing the talents required.
The Comprehensive Primary Healthcare Collaboratory (CPHC) is pleased to invite you to a Researcher Connect Workshop on proposal preparation for the above schemes. The session will guide you through these funding schemes and share valuable insights on crafting successful applications, particularly on communicating the potential policy implications of your research projects.

Colleagues who are interested in applying for the funding should read the instructions from the announcement by University Research Services (RS): https://intraweb.hku.hk/local/rss/ppr/call.htm . Please note that the applications for SPPRFS should be submitted to RS by 3 April 2025 (Thursday), while PPRFS is open all year. If you are in the application process of the scheme(s), you are also welcome to attend the captioned workshop.
