Primary healthcare entails the provision of comprehensive, continuous and coordinated person-centred care to individuals. A robust primary healthcare system improves the overall health and quality of life of the population in a sustainable manner. Recognising this importance, HKUMed established the Comprehensive Primary Healthcare Collaboratory (CPHC) in 2024 to elevate the primary healthcare standards in Hong Kong through education, research, and knowledge exchange. Our dedicated team at HKUMed, consisting of scientists, clinicians and healthcare professionals, is devoted to working collaboratively to promote primary healthcare policies and advance practices using evidence-based strategies and frameworks.
