CPHC emphasizes the vital connection of oral health with systemic health, and overall well-being, with the following key focus areas:

To promote interdisciplinary education and training for medical and dental professionals on the oral–systemic health link, fostering collaborative teamwork, patient-centred healthcare

To enhance public awareness and health literacy regarding the role of oral health in preventing and managing systemic diseases, supporting holistic well-being across the community in Hong Kong and beyond

To drive community-based oral health initiatives and policy advocacy focusing on proactive prevention, early intervention, and improved access to healthcare, embedding oral health as a core component of comprehensive primary healthcare.
