The Jockey Club Pathway to Healthy Ageing Symposium was held on 22 February 2025, bringing together stakeholders from healthcare, social care, and District Health Centres to advance healthy ageing in Hong Kong. The symposium featured the sharing of findings from a territory‑wide functional assessment of older adults, alongside discussions on the impact of the Jockey Club Pathway to Healthy Ageing Project on older adults’ well‑being. The event fostered meaningful cross‑sector dialogue and highlighted the importance of collaboration in strengthening primary health care and aged care services.
